Ever get on a tech-support call and really can't understand "Victor" or "Bob" on the other line?

Well, when spellilng, I've found it very helpful to repeat the spelling back using the NATO phonetic alphabet.

It's also pretty fun to repeat back to them after they've used 'Green' for 'G', or 'Tutu' for 'T' (yes, I've heard them both, among many others...)
